Description

"I can think of two things more depressing than a blank canvas: death and taxes." ~Aprilwhatsherface

The completion bot suggests that I stop faffing about and just tell people what I named these endearing things. I said no. <- tense error

Hah! Behold: the second girl! Isn't she adorable? Frankly, her appearance is a lot more demure than the redhead (and it also opens gateways towards *NSFWboop*), and she has her own screentime to spare in her spare time doing the things that her character is supposed to be doing when the camera swivels on her. Being a major part of a storyline is so demanding, isn't it?

Date of completion: October 23

Time of completion: 0927 hours

Reason it took so long: Hair physiques

Actually, it was the hat getting in the way of her ear, whose animation was put to a grinding halt because it was starting to look overdone in a sense. Bouncy waves of sunshine aren't as easy as I thought, and it still doesn't look right in my eyes! I sure hope it does in yours, fellow pony lovers.

Feedback is most appreciated as always. Thanks for your time. :meow:

I agree with you that the hair looks a little off.

Were I to give this same thing a shot, I'd make the drop and subsequent bounce of her hair a fraction of a second later than it is. When someone with long hair walks and their head bobs with their walking, the hair is going down as the head is already at its lowest position and just about to bounce back up. When the head is on its way back up (and nearing the peak of its arc), the hair stops going down and bounces up. When the head is coming down from the peak, the hair is just reaching its peak and is slowly making the parabolic transition from an upward motion into a downwards one. That's hair physics for ya.

TLDR: Hair should bounce like the head but slightly delayed..

That's just my take. Feel free to ignore. :P
